Understanding Compliance Warnings
Leads may show compliance warnings:
- DNC Check Required: Lead's country requires DNC registry check
- Consent Required: Lead's country requires explicit consent
- Quiet Hours: Call would violate quiet hours restrictions
These warnings help you ensure compliance before making calls.
Best Practices
- Use E.164 format: Format phone numbers as +[country code][number] (e.g., +14155551234)
- Set consent properly: Always set consent status and basis for compliance
- Organize by campaign: Use campaign filters to view leads for specific campaigns
- Regular cleanup: Remove duplicate or invalid leads regularly
- Bulk operations: Use bulk edit to update multiple leads efficiently
- CRM sync: Connect CRM systems for automatic lead synchronization

Leads Not Showing
