Call multiple leads at once
Complete guide to import leads from CSV or CRM, select your audience, and create batch calling campaigns in Agoralia.
Overview
Batch calling allows you to:
- Import leads from CSV files or CRM systems
- Select multiple leads at once
- Create campaigns quickly with pre-filled settings
- Call many leads efficiently
The batch calling process consists of three main steps:
- Import leads (CSV or CRM)
- Select leads for your campaign
- Create batch campaign with one click
Prerequisites
Before creating batch calls, ensure you have:
- ✅ Admin or editor access to your workspace
- ✅ Leads data ready (CSV file or CRM connection)
- ✅ At least one AI agent configured (or create during campaign setup)
- ✅ Phone number configured for calling
- ✅ Active billing account with sufficient credits
Step 1: Import Leads
Import your leads from CSV files or CRM systems.
Import from CSV
Supported Formats:
- CSV files (
.csv) - Comma-separated values
- UTF-8 encoding recommended
Required Columns:
- Phone (required): Phone number in E.164 format (+country code)
- Name OR First Name + Last Name (required): Contact name
Optional Columns:
- Email: Contact email address
- Company: Company name
- Country ISO: Country code (e.g., IT, US, GB)
- Language: Preferred language (e.g., en-GB, it-IT)
- Role: Contact role
- Consent Status: granted, denied, or unknown
- Consent Basis: Legal basis for calling

Import Process

Go to Leads page
- Navigate to Leads in the sidebar
- Click "Import Leads" button

Select Import Source
- Choose "CSV" from the import options
- Click "Next"

Upload CSV File
- Click "Choose File" or drag and drop
- Select your CSV file
- File is automatically parsed

Map Columns
- Review detected columns
- Map CSV columns to Agoralia fields:
- Name →
nameorfirst_name+last_name - Phone →
phone(required) - Email →
email - Company →
company - Country →
country_iso - Language →

- Preview sample rows to verify mapping

Set Consent (Optional)
- Consent Basis: Legal basis for calling (e.g., "legitimate_interest", "consent")
- Consent Status: Default status for all leads (granted, denied, unknown)
- Per-Row Consent: Set individual consent for specific rows (optional)

Import
- Click "Import"
- Review import results:
- Number of leads imported
- Number of failures (if any)
- Error messages (if any)
Import Validation:
- Phone numbers must be in E.164 format
- Duplicate phone numbers are skipped
- Invalid rows are reported with errors
Import from CRM
Agoralia supports importing leads from multiple CRM systems:
- HubSpot: Contacts and Companies
- Zoho: Contacts
- Google Contacts: Personal contacts
- Microsoft Contacts: Outlook contacts
- Freshsales: Contacts
- Agile CRM: Contacts
CRM Import Process

Connect CRM (if not already connected)
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Select your CRM
- Follow connection instructions
- Authorize Agoralia access

Go to Leads page
- Navigate to Leads in the sidebar
- Click "Import Leads" button

Select CRM Source
- Choose your CRM (e.g., "HubSpot Contacts")
- Click "Next"

Select Contacts
- Browse available contacts
- Use filters to narrow down selection:
- Search by name or email
- Filter by company
- Filter by tags or custom fields
- Select contacts using checkboxes
- Use "Select All" for bulk selection

Set Consent (Optional)
- Consent Basis: Legal basis for calling
- Consent Status: Default status for all contacts
- Per-Contact Consent: Set individual consent (optional)

Import
- Click "Import"
- Review import results
- Contacts are imported as leads
CRM Field Mapping:
- Fields are automatically mapped based on CRM structure
- Phone numbers are extracted from available fields
- Company information is preserved
- Custom fields may be available depending on CRM
Step 2: Select Leads for Batch Campaign
After importing leads, select which leads to include in your batch campaign.
Lead Selection

Go to Leads page
- Navigate to Leads in the sidebar
- Your imported leads are shown in the table

Filter Leads (Optional)
- Search: Filter by name, company, or phone
- Country: Filter by country ISO code
- Consent Status: Filter by consent (granted, denied, unknown)
- Sort: Sort by name or creation date

Select Leads
- Use checkboxes to select individual leads
- Use "Select All" to select all filtered leads
- Selected leads are highlighted

Review Selection
- Check the number of selected leads
- Verify countries (campaigns can only target one country)
- Review consent status
Important:
- Campaigns can only target one country at a time
- If you select leads from multiple countries, filter to a single country before creating the batch campaign
- Leads with granted consent are recommended for outbound campaigns
Step 3: Create Batch Campaign
Create a batch calling campaign from your selected leads.

- Choose campaign category:
- Outbound: Sales, follow-up, surveys
- Inbound: Support, help desk
- Quote: Supplier outreach

- Pre-selected leads: Your selected leads are already included
- Pre-filled compliance: Default compliance settings applied
- Template category: Template category pre-selected

- Step 1: Choose template (or start from scratch)

- Step 7: Review and launch
- Follow the campaign creation wizard:

Multiple Countries Warning
Problem: Selected leads from multiple countries.
Solution: Filter leads to a single country. Campaigns can only target one country at a time.
CRM Connection Issues
