Agoralia integrates with popular CRM systems and telephony providers to streamline your workflow and enable seamless calling operations.

CRM Integrations

CRM integrations allow you to import leads directly from your CRM system, eliminating the need for manual CSV imports.

How CRM Integrations Work

  1. Connect: Authorize Agoralia to access your CRM
  2. Browse: View contacts in your CRM from within Agoralia
  3. Import: Select contacts to import as leads
  4. Sync: Contacts are imported with their data (name, company, phone, etc.)

Setting Up CRM Integrations

  1. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find your CRM system
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authorize Agoralia to access your CRM
  5. Once connected, you can import leads directly from the CRM

Telephony Provider Integrations

Telephony provider integrations enable you to make and receive calls using your existing phone numbers and infrastructure.

Supported Telephony Providers

  • Twilio: Inbound and outbound calls
  • Telnyx: Inbound and outbound calls
  • Vonage (formerly Nexmo): Inbound and outbound calls
  • Sinch: Inbound and outbound calls
  • Plivo: Inbound and outbound calls
  • MessageBird: Inbound and outbound calls
  • Custom SIP: Connect your own SIP infrastructure

  1. Configure: Set up your telephony provider account
  2. Connect: Link your provider account to Agoralia
  3. Verify Numbers: Verify phone numbers for outbound calls
  4. Route Calls: Configure call routing for inbound calls
  5. Make Calls: Use verified numbers for campaigns
