Quick Start Guide

This quick start guide will help you get up and running with Agoralia in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Workspace

  1. Sign up for an Agoralia account
  2. Complete the workspace setup wizard:
    • Enter your workspace name
    • Set your timezone
    • Choose your language preferences

Step 2: Create Your First AI Agent

  1. Navigate to Agents in the main menu
  2. Click Create Agent
  3. Complete the 5-step wizard:

Step 1: Base Configuration

  • Name: Give your agent a name (e.g., "Sales Assistant")
  • Language: Select the primary language
  • Role: Choose Inbound, Outbound, or Both

Step 2: Character & Welcome

  • Mission: Describe what your agent should do
  • First Message: Set the initial greeting message

Step 3: Voice & Behavior

  • Voice: Select a voice model
  • Temperature: Set creativity level (0-1)
  • Speed: Adjust speaking speed

Step 4: Transcription & Call Settings

  • STT Mode: Choose speech-to-text mode
  • Max Call Duration: Set maximum call length
  • Silence Duration: Configure silence handling

Step 5: Advanced & Knowledge Base

  • Knowledge Base: Optionally attach a knowledge base
  • Webhooks: Configure webhooks if needed
  1. Click Create to create your agent

Step 3: Add a Phone Number

  1. Navigate to Numbers in the main menu
  2. Click Add Number
  3. Choose your telephony provider (if not set up, go to Settings → Telephony first)
  4. Select or purchase a phone number
  5. Verify the number

Step 4: Import Leads (Optional)

  1. Navigate to Leads in the main menu
  2. Click Import Leads
  3. Choose an import method:
    • CSV: Upload a CSV file
    • CRM: Import from your CRM system
  4. Map columns and import leads

Step 5: Create Your First Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns in the main menu
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Complete the campaign wizard:

Step 1: Template

  • Select a campaign template or start from scratch

Step 2: Audience

  • Choose leads or use Agoralia search
  • Select the leads for this campaign

Step 3: Extraction Schema

  • Define what data to extract from calls
  • Add fields based on your needs

Step 4: Compliance

  • Review compliance requirements
  • Set consent and DNC checks

Step 5: Resources

  • Select your AI agent
  • Choose a phone number
  • Attach a knowledge base (optional)

Step 6: Schedule

  • Set campaign schedule
  • Configure start and end times

Step 7: Review

  • Review all settings
  • Check cost estimate
  • Click Create Campaign

Step 6: Start Your Campaign

  1. Navigate to your campaign
  2. Click Start Campaign
  3. Monitor calls in real-time
  4. View results as calls complete

Making Test Calls

  1. Create a test lead with your own phone number
  2. Create a small test campaign
  3. Start the campaign
  4. Answer the call to test your agent

Viewing Call Transcripts

  1. Navigate to Calls
  2. Click on a call to view details
  3. See the full transcript and segments

Exporting Results

  1. Navigate to your campaign
  2. Scroll to Results
  3. Click the download icon to export CSV
