Campaign Results
Campaign results provide detailed information about each call made during a campaign, including extracted data, call outcomes, and performance metrics.
Accessing Campaign Results
- Navigate to Campaigns in the main menu
- Click on a campaign to view its details
- Scroll to the Results section (visible after calls have been made)
Understanding Results
Campaign results show data extracted from calls based on your campaign's extraction schema. The columns displayed depend on your campaign type:
Outbound Campaigns
- Contact Name: Name of the person called
- Contact Company: Company name
- Phone Number: Phone number called
- Call Date: When the call was made
- Call Status: Success or failure
- Call Duration: Length of the call in seconds
- Call Outcome: Result of the call (e.g., "interested", "not interested", "callback requested")
- Interest Level: Level of interest (e.g., "high", "medium", "low")
- Follow-up Needed: Whether a follow-up is required
- Next Action: Recommended next step
- Extracted Budget: Budget information if mentioned
- AI Summary: AI-generated summary of the call
Quote Campaigns
- Contact Name: Name of the person called
- Contact Company: Company name
- Phone Number: Phone number called
- Call Date: When the call was made
- Call Status: Success or failure
- Call Duration: Length of the call in seconds
- Extracted Cost: Cost mentioned or estimated
- Availability Status: Availability information
- Requested Dates: Dates requested by the contact
- Supplier Notes: Additional notes from the supplier
- AI Summary: AI-generated summary of the call
Inbound Campaigns
- Caller Name: Name of the caller
- Phone Number: Phone number of the caller
- Call Date: When the call was received
- Call Status: Success or failure
- Call Duration: Length of the call in seconds
- Call Purpose: Reason for the call
- Issue Resolved: Whether the issue was resolved
- Lead Score: Calculated lead score
- Follow-up Action: Recommended follow-up action
- AI Summary: AI-generated summary of the call
Viewing Results
Results are displayed in a table with:
- Sortable columns: Click column headers to sort
- Searchable data: Use browser search (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) to find specific entries
- Exportable: Click the download icon to export results as CSV
Exporting Results
- Click the Download icon in the results table
- A CSV file will be downloaded with all results
- The filename includes the campaign ID (e.g.,
campaign_123_results.csv)
Understanding Metrics
The campaign detail page shows summary metrics:
- Total Calls: Total number of calls made
- Successful Calls: Number of successful calls
- Failed Calls: Number of failed calls
- Average Duration: Average call duration
- Total Cost: Total cost of the campaign
Filtering Results
While viewing campaign results, you can:
- Sort by column: Click any column header to sort
- Search: Use browser search to find specific entries
- Export filtered data: Export only the visible results
Interpreting Results
Call Status
- Successful: Call completed and data was extracted
- Failed: Call did not complete or data extraction failed
Call Outcomes (Outbound)
- Interested: Contact showed interest
- Not Interested: Contact declined
- Callback Requested: Contact requested a callback
- No Answer: No one answered the call
- Voicemail: Call went to voicemail
Interest Levels (Outbound)
- High: Strong interest expressed
- Medium: Moderate interest
- Low: Minimal interest
- None: No interest
Lead Scores (Inbound)
Lead scores range from 0-100 and are calculated based on:
- Call duration
- Issue resolution
- Engagement level
- Other factors
Best Practices
- Review regularly: Check results regularly during active campaigns
- Export for analysis: Export results to analyze trends and patterns
- Follow up promptly: Act on "Follow-up Needed" flags quickly
- Monitor success rates: Track successful vs. failed calls to optimize campaigns
- Use AI summaries: Review AI summaries to understand call context quickly
Troubleshooting
No Results Showing
- Verify that calls have been made for this campaign
- Check that the campaign status is "active" or "completed"
- Ensure the extraction schema is correctly configured
Missing Data in Results
- Some fields may be empty if data wasn't extracted from the call
- Check that your extraction schema matches what you're trying to extract
- Review call transcripts to see what was actually discussed
Export Not Working
- Ensure you have results visible in the table
- Check browser download settings
- Try refreshing the page and exporting again
